Kirstie Seddon Kofoed offers full service interior design, specializing in new construction, whole house re-modeling, and renovations. She has helped her clients build new homes, completely renovate older homes, do simple make-overs, consult on outdoor living spaces, and pool & landscape design.

With a deep knowledge of interior design and the building process, Kirstie keeps her keen eye on budget and completing projects on schedule. She has an extensive network of resources and contractors that work together to bring her designs alive and transform a house into a dream home. She and her team handle all aspects of the project from the design, project & construction management, as well as furnishings & accessories.

In 2013 Kirstie expanded her company and began a new division of the Chadwick family, Chadwick Properties and combined the two as Chadwick Interiors & Properties, LLC.

Chadwick Properties focuses on acquiring and remodeling distressed homes in terrific DFW neighborhoods, and then returning them to the market. It has been an exciting outlet for her creativity, vision and talent.
